I may add of having a thorough medical check up would be advisable before traveling to any part of the world.

I think it's a must to read this for first time traveler and etc to remind us always on what to do.

This really helps and set as a reminder to all of us.

It is the most comprehensive details on what we should do or aware of if we are a first time traveler.

We should know all of the important things before we go for a travel or we should have enough knowledge for travelling.
