What time do people in Costa Rica eat meals?

When they're starving. Usually at breakfast, dinnertime or lunchtime but that's not a hard and fast rule. In other words, at the same times as anyone does.

I guess they eat their meals depending on their budget; just like everyone. In my case I eat breakfast lightly (bread and coffee), and heavy during lunch.
